How to return an item
We know you’ll be delighted with your purchase, but in the event, you are not, you can return any complete, unused, undamaged item in its original packaging within 30 days of receipt (except for our made to order mattresses). Please include a completed returns form inside the parcel.
- Items returned to us must be in a resalable condition. Products should be unused, in their original packaging with labels attached
- With the exception of faulty goods SlumberSlumber is not responsible for the cost of returning products. We always advise that you obtain a proof of postage when returning an item
- Please allow up to 10 working days for us to receive your return and communicate receipt of the goods
- Please note we are unable to accept returns on bespoke made to order mattresses
- We will issue a refund to your original payment method on receipt
- Delivery services are non-refundable
Made to order mattresses
Our mattresses are made-to-order specially for you and so they are non-returnable and we're unable to offer a refund or an exchange unless the mattress is deemed to be faulty by the manufacturer.
It's important that any unwanted item, unless faulty, is returned in a re-saleable condition; we ask that all items are returned unused, undamaged and within their original packaging. Where a mattress is made-to-order and has been specially ordered for you, we're unable to offer a refund or offer an exchange.
Delivery services are non-refundable.
The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. Please repack your item with care using all the original packaging. As the goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Please ensure you package your return to prevent any damage to the items or boxes. For your own protection, we recommend that you use a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
Should you wish to return an electrical item which is either faulty or defective please be advised that after 28 days from the date of purchase you must contact the manufacturer directly. In this instance the manufacturer will either offer to repair the item or alternatively issue a replacement.
If your order arrives damaged, there are missing items or there are incorrect items please let us know within 7 working days of receipt and one of our dedicated customer service advisors will be able to advise you on how to proceed with the return. If you don’t let us know you will be deemed to have accepted the items as satisfactory. We cannot be held liable for any consequential loss caused by late delivery or failure to deliver by the company's appointed carrier.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Please note: We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if goods are not returned in a saleable condition or are damaged.
We will refund the credit or debit card of the person who originally placed and paid for the order.
