Delivery of bedding and airbeds
We use DPD and Royal Mail to deliver these smaller parcels.
Once we dispatch your order, we will let you know by email. You’ll be able to see the courier partner for your delivery, as well as track the progress of your parcel using the tracking reference link in your email. If you feel you need to contact DPD or Royal Mail regarding your delivery, please don’t contact them until after you have received our dispatch confirmation email.
DPD: The DPD website and app offers a variety of options for your parcel if you think you are not going to be to take delivery. Options include changing the date of your delivery, confirming a safe place and opting for your parcel to be left with your neighbour.
Royal Mail: Tracking information is available for tracked 24 hour and 48 hour services. Tracking information for 1st and 2nd class services is available once delivery has been attempted. If the delivery cannot take place, Royal Mail will take the parcel to the local depot for you to collect. The parcel will be held for 18 days as per normal process.
DPD delivers Monday to Friday between 7.00am and 7.00pm. Royal Mail delivers Monday – Saturday, usually with your local post-person.
Delivery of mattresses
Our Relyon mattresses are made to order on a 6-8 week production and delivery lead-time. Once production is complete and towards the end of the 6-8 weeks lead-time Relyon’s nominated courier provider Tuffnells will contact you with the next available delivery date (dependant on your postcode).
Delivery is to your room of choice. Please do measure in advance any tight-fitting hallways, landings and stairs to ensure that the delivery people can get your mattress to your room of choice.
What does made-to-order mean?
Made-to-order is when production and manufacturing of an item starts only after your order is received and so the item is made specifically to your order by our suppliers.
