60 Night Sleep Guarantee
When you choose a SlumberSlumber Cursa Pillow, we want to be as sure as you are that you've made exactly the right choice. So we really want you to sleep on it.
That means we want you to give your pillow the only test that really matters and get snuggled on it for at least 14 nights, to give you time to adjust to a new style of sleep. In fact, we'll give you 60 nights to decide. So, if you picked softer and you decide you need something firmer, or the other way round, just let us know and we'll exchange it for you.
How does it work?
We really want you to love your Cursa pillow. If you're still not loving the Cursa pillow you picked within 60 nights from delivery, you can exchange it for another depth of Cursa pillow.
1. Pick your Cursa Pillow from a choice of super slim, slim, medium and deep.
2. Sleep on it for at least 14 nights (it can take a little time to adjust to your new pillow)
3.If you're not happy after the first 14 nights, you can exchange it to another Cursa, as long as its within 60 nights from delivery.
How to claim the guarantee

What is the 60 night sleep guarantee?
Our sleep guarantee gives you 60 nights to get really comfortable before making a decision. If you’ve tried your Cursa pillow for at least 14 nights and you're still not loving your new Cursa pillow within 60 nights from delivery, you can exchange it for another Cursa pillow.
What does the 60 night sleep guarantee include?
The 60 night sleep guarantee includes the SlumberSlumber Cursa Pillow range. Everything else is currently excluded.
When does the 60 night sleep guarantee begin?
The guarantee starts as soon as your pillow is delivered.
Can I get a full refund under the 60 night sleep guarantee?
No. The 60 night sleep guarantee only allows for you to exchange your SlumberSlumber Cursa pillow for another SlumberSlumber Cursa pillow (we offer 4 depths: super slim, slim , medium and deep). This does not affect your statutory rights in relation to the product- including any right relating to any faults with the pillow.
Can I use it more than once per purchase?
The exchange can only be used once per purchase of a Cursa pillow. This means if you decide to use the exchange on a Cursa pillow you have bought, & you decide to exchange it for another Cursa pillow, then the exchange cannot be applied to the second pillow.
Recommendations of use:
Ensuring that your pillow is cared for properly may help to prolong its life:
- Shake and fluff up your pillow daily to re-shape and plump it up again
- Air your pillow regularly by pulling off the covers
- Wash according to the care instructions (washable at 40C, suitable for tumble drying on a low heat, tumble dry until filling is completely dry. Do not iron or dry clean)
